Leadership Skills Handbook For Adolescents

To promote and protect better quality lives for vulnerable children, UNICEF is partnering with Da Nang City to create a Child Friendly City so the voices, needs, priorities, and rights of children are an integral part of public policies, programs, and decisions.

The “Leadership Skills Handbook for Adolescents” is designed to introduce the necessary skills on the journey to becoming a young leader and guide them to practice these skills. This material will be suitable for children and adolescents aged 10 – 18 years.

The handbook was created by the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and Da Nang Youth Union, with technical assistance from experts from UNICEF Vietnam.

We hope that this handbook will prove to be a valuable resource for children and adolescents as they embark on their journey of learning and training to become future young leaders. We also hope that they will help spread these ideas. This handbook is a useful tool for adolescents.
