Global Youth’s Voice Event – World No Tobacco Day 2024

Empower, Protect, Unite: Stopping the Lies, Shielding Our Youth

Aligned with the World No Tobacco Day (WNTD) 2024 theme, “Protecting children from tobacco industry interference”, the virtual WNTD event titled “Global Youth’s Voice: Hear Our Stories – Empower, Protect, Unite: Stopping the Lies, Shielding Our Youth” is organized. This event is hosted by the WHO FCTC Knowledge Hub and the WHO FCTC Knowledge Hub for Public Awareness which will be held on May 23, 2024 from 1:00-2:15 P.M. (GMT).

This event, moderated by youth leaders, will center on a panel discussion showcasing youth representatives from each WHO region. They will share their experiences regarding strategies to combat tobacco industry interference and innovative approaches for engaging youth.
