Celebrating the success of the “Green Dance Competition Da Nang 2024”!
Dance for the green environment
“Green Dance 2024” is an important activity in the scope of Healthy City for Adolescents project phase 2, organized by UNICEF Vietnam in collaboration with the Da Nang Youth Union. The contest is not only a playground and an opportunity for Da Nang children and youth to show off their talents, but also aims to raise awareness and participation in climate action to create a greener, cleaner and safer education system for all students.
After more than 1 month of wide launch with online rounds, the Organizing Committee has received nearly 200 creative and exciting videos from contestants from primary to high schools all over Da Nang city.
The Organizing Committee conducted a rigorous selection process to commend the best contestants. The summary and award ceremony took place on April 10, 2024 at the Da Nang Youth Union with 3 First prizes, 4 Second prizes, 10 Third prizes and 23 Encouragement prizes being awarded to the best dance groups from primary, secondary and high schools.
The “Da Nang Green Dance 2024” contest is not only an entertainment event but also an opportunity to express the green spirit and creativity of youth. We hope that through their active participation, there will be positive changes thanks to the community’s cooperation in protecting the environment and creating a greener, cleaner, more beautiful Da Nang.
